HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will hold your personal data for as long as you are you have an account and for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal/ regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our terms and conditions.
When we no longer need to retain your personal data, it will be deleted or be anonymized so that you can no longer be identified from it.
We securely destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO ENHANCE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

By entering your phone number, you agree that we may send you the odd text message. This may include updates about your order (when it has been shipped or delivered etc.) and Gen Love offers.
