ORDERING

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items once your order has been delivered to you. You are welcome to send us an email if you want to change your items to something else of equal or more value.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please allow your order to process. If you have not received a confirmation email, please be sure you provided the correct email address and check your spam folder.

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Send us an email regarding the mistake and if we have not fulfilled it, then we can change it for you. BUT We cannot change the size(s) after it has been processed and shipped.

 

I GOT AN EMAIL FOR A REFUND. WHY?

We will refund an order if: 

  1. Fraud is detected. 
  2. You’ve previously opened a chargeback on your order. 
  3. We’ve sent an email asking to verify your address and do not receive a response. 
  4. You've harassed/cyber bullied our team in anyway shape or form.

 

WHAT SIZES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

Onesies range from size XS TO XXL (in most styles). Please check the size guide if you are unsure what onesies will fit you.

 

WHAT MATERIAL IS USED?

Our onesies are very stretchy and comfy!

Gen Love onesies use a mix of high quality stretchy fabric that consist of double brushed:90% Polyester 10% Spandex

 

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ONESIES?

We recommend machine wash cold-warm, tumble dry low. 

 

SHIPPING/ TRACKING

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders for in stock items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Then it will take 3-5 business days for shipping with the carrier USPS or Canada Post

 

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will received an email with a tracking number.

 

My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What now?

Please reach out to USPS or Canada Post to track your package. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

It says my package was delivered but I did not receive it. Can I get a refund?

Please reach out to Chit chat or Canada Post regarding your lost/stolen package. You can file a claim with USPS.

 

My tracking is showing it is still in transit.

Please reach out to USPS or Canada Post for the status of your tracking. Once one of those carriers scans your order, they are in possession of it.

 

Returns/ Exchange

I received the wrong order. What do I need to do?

Please reach out to us at shopgenlove@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of what you received.

 

I received the wrong item and need to send it back, am I still responsible for return shipping?

No, if the mistake was made on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
